Jibóia is a Portuguese name for the boa constrictor, a snake big enough to channel the earthly sound of africa and the most exotic spices. In his solo travels through the world, the lo-fi electronic output of the Lisbon-based artist gathers influences from South America to far East in India, with strategic pit stops in Angola and the Sahara desert. He’s often described as the Prince of Persia on acid.
